This HOUSE is new, so you can feel your self comfortable here, I work here, sometimes talking with you. My HOUSE is on the top of Nishioka (Western hill), surrounded by nature and beatiful panorama, it is silent, there is a natural park with a lake very near from my HOUSE. -----A bathroom, a toilet and a washing stand are not sharing with other guests. So you can monopolize them. ----- Usually 1 or 2 persons----- This room N.14 has 10 ㎡, including a closet, a bath room, a washing stand, a toilet and space for refrigerator and so on. It's not sharing room. It's ideal that one person will stay here, but 2 persons or even 3 persons may stay if you can endure closeness. ----- A semi-double bed ----- A couple will use a semi-double bed. ----- In case of 3 persons ----- If 3 persons want to live here, 2 persons will use a semi-double bed, and the third persons will sleep in futon (Japanese styled bed). Then you feel closeness of the room. So, when a room N.21 is vacant, I recommend the 3 persons to use it.

房源位置
There are are several interesting places near my HOUSE and NEW HOUSE. They are located in a very calm silent region of Saoopro city where nature is very beautiful.
1) You see in Listings of Airbnb my HOUSE and NEW HOUSE. These HOUSES themselves are very important because they are not a common houses but they are the establishments of the POCNA (Peaceful Organization for Community of Northeast Asia).
2) The nearest one is Nishioka Park, it takes only 5 minutes on foot from my HOUSES. You can enjoy walking around a wonderful lake there. It takes about 40 minutes to go around the lake.
3)A beautiful marriage hotel is also very near, which is 10 minute on foot from our Guest.
4)A sheep hill (Hitsujigaoka) is a famous sight-seeing place. By bus and on foot, it takes about 30 minutes.
5)Sapporo Stadium is splendid base for sight-seeing spot. You can go there on foot with 20 minutes from the sheep hill. There will be World Cup in 2019.

It is easy to come to my House from CTS (Chitose airport). From the first floor of CTS international airport, you will start for Sapporo university by bus, and you will get off at a bus stop named ‘Sapporo Daigaku Mae’(札幌大学前) JUST IN FRONT of a convenient store.
I’ll go there to see you in 5-10 minutes after I receive your message that you arrived there. Please pay attention to the fact that distance between the bus stop and the convenient store is ONLY 5 METERS.
A bus of a company Hokuto Koutsu Bus starts from the airport for Sapporo Daigaku Mae each 30 minutes, the last bus starts at 19:20.
After that, a bus of other company Zennikuu starts at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).

There are 2 routes from my HOUSE to the center of Sapporo:
1) In all about 40 minute: from my House you walk for 5 minutes to another bus stop 'Nishioka 14 jo 14', which goes straight to the city center.
2) In all about 45 minutes: firstly from my HOUSE you walk for one minute to a bus stop 'Nishioka 5 jo 14', get on any bus, and get of at a bus stop 'Sumikawa Eki Mae',
then you get on a subway 'Nanboku Sen', and go to city center.

(1)千歳空港から我が家までは、ひじょうに簡単です。
千歳国際空港の1階から、「札幌大学前」方面のリムジンバスに乗り、この「札幌大学前」のバス停でおりると私が待っています。

My HOUSE is in a west suburb of Sapporo city. If you want to come from Sapporo station to my accommodations in Nishioka, the way to it is as follows:
1)It takes 10 minutes from Sapporo station to the Sumikawa（澄川）subway station of Nanbokusen (South-North Line, 南北線).
2) You’ll get off at Sumikawa（澄川）station. There are 3 exits. Go through West exit (Nishiguchi 西口), and you'll see a bus station.
3)There get on the bus No.73 for a bus stop Nishioka 5 jo 14 (西岡５条14). It takes about 15 minutes to the latter bus stop. Get off the bus there. The last bus starts at 24:30 (23:00 on Sat & Sun)

もし札幌駅から、私のHOUSEに来るとすれば、その道順は下記のとおりです。
１）札幌駅で南北線（緑色で表示されています）に乗ってください。そのまえに、私にメイルを送ってくださいね。
２）それから澄川駅で降りてください。澄川と札幌駅の時間は、だいたい１０分です。
３）澄川駅には３つだけ出口があり、改札口をでたら左側に西口があり、人の流れにそって建物のなかに入ると、それはお店であることが分かりますが、そのなかにバスの待合室があります。
４）そこで７３番のバスに乗ります。そこでも、「何時何分、７３番のバスに乗りました」との簡単なメッセージを私に送ってください。最終バスは 24:30 (23:00 on Sat & Sun)です。
５）それから、そこを出発すると１０分ほどで、バス停「西岡５条１４」にきます。私の会館は、そこから200m以内にあるのですが、そこで私のHOUSEを探すためには、

B. 電子地図をもっていないが、メイル交信ができる場合、バス停「西岡５条１４」に到着しました、とのメッセージを私が読んでから、数分以内で車で迎えにいきます。
C.a.メイル交信ができない場合、バスを降りたら、バス運転手に「床屋さんの『こうちゃん』は、どこにありますか」ときいてください。もし分からなければ、そのバス道路を歩いて100ｍ以内で、床屋の『こうちゃん』をみつけてください。
b.「こうちゃん」にきましたら、そこにある下り坂を50ｍほど歩くと、HOUSEにきます。バンザイ!!

There are 2 routes from my HOUSE to the center of Sapporo:

2) In all about 45-50 minutes: firstly from my HOUSE you walk for one minute to a bus stop 'Nishioka 5 jo 14 chome', get on any bus, and get of at a bus stop 'Sumikawa Eki Mae', (it costs 210 yen)
then you get on a subway 'Nanboku Sen', and go to city center (one way 250 yen).
札幌中心街にいくには、２つの経路があります。
１）40 分：徒歩で５分のところに、バス停「西岡４条１４丁目」があり、そこから中心街に直行でいけます。
2) 全部で４５－５０分：私のHouseから徒歩１分のところに、バス停「西岡５条１４丁目」があり、そこからバスに乗り、終点「澄川駅前」で下車します。それから地下鉄「南北線」に乗り換えて、中心街ににいきます。
B. TO MOIWA YAMA: The mountain is seen from my HOUSE, before your eyes. You'll go there by bus, changing bus to another bus at makomanai station. It takes 30-40 minutes in all. If you want to skii there, I am ready to send you by my car.
C. TO OTARU from Sapporo station it takes 30~40 minutes, it costs 640 yen.

I like very much not only a Japanese traditional game Go, but also Gonarabe, the rules of which are simple, but the game itself is extremely interesting. While you are staying in my HOUSES, I am ready to play with you if you want to try it. ----- NEW HOUSE for Peace & Amity I am President of POCNA (Peaceful Organization for Community of Northeast Asia). Now I would like to create FOCPO (Friendly Organization for Community of Pacific Ocean) and FOEFC (Friendly Organization for The Earth Federation Community). One of the most useful and interesting activities is to GLOBALIZE HOME STAY, promoting friendly relations among nations without distinction as to race, sex, language, religion, nationality and regime. I believe that promotion of such kinds of friendly relations is the way along which people of 21 century shall walk and widen it, strengthening friendly relations with many flags and colors. Its manager turned to be of international character, and we agreed to cooperate to open it for a lodging house. 地球ホームステイ仲間 私が歓迎するお客様は、ホームステイのグローバリゼーションによる友好関係に寄与し、「われらは地球ホームステイ仲間(EHSA)になる」という方針に宿泊前に同意するゲストです。到着のさい、わが仲間をもよりのバス停でお迎えします。大学入試にたとえると、すでに合格した学生を駅またはバス停まで迎えにいき、そして学生は合格後に入学金や授業料を支払うのとにていますね。 私のプロフィール 私は、札幌大学名誉教授（国際法と国際関係論）で、諸民族間の友好関係とホームステイのグローバリゼーションの推進に寄与したいとおもいます。 私は北東アジア共同体平和機構（POCNA）の会長で、太平洋共同体友好機構(FOCPO)と地球共同体友好機構(FOTEC)創設の提唱者です。これらの性格は、平和的かつ友好的で、構造もほとんど類似的なんですよ。 私は新旧２つの会館を有し、ひとつは平和友好館、第２は新築の平和福祉友好館です。ただし、英語表記では、新館は「NEW HOUSE for Peace & Amity」としています。 私が迎え入れるのは、不特定多数の者でなく、まず第１に、「われらは地球ホームステイ仲間(EHSA)である」との仲間意識の強い特定少数の人物です。それゆえ、ゲストとなる人士は、ホームステイに関する上記のアイデアと原則を理解でき、「われらは地球ホームステイ仲間」になる決意をした人です。 第２は、POCNAの会員だけでなく、国際組織FOCPOまたはFOEFCの会員候補になる者です。 第３の特定化は、EHSA, POCNA, FOCPO, FOEFC, さらには、これらの拠点となるべき「地球オアシス」構想のゼミナールに参加する者です。 第４は、ゲストの都市または国との友好クラブの会員になる用意のある者です。このクラブ設立の運動も、２０１６年末あたりから開始し、いまでは３０近くのクラブが設立されました。 私の会館にステイしたいゲストは、上記の条件のうち、かならずその１つに事前に同意してから来館して下さるよう切望いたします。「同意します」と返信に書くだけで結構です。 1. 平和友好館（旧館） これは私の古い住宅で、日本の一般家庭が住んでいるような典型的な住宅のひとつです。ですから、ここでは自宅をホームステイに活用できますね。まー、古風ですが。 私は大学を退職し、書斎は以前のように必要ではなく、娘は結婚して別の市にいくなどで、いくつか部屋は使わなくなりました。そういうことで、私の「会館」でホームステイできるようなったんですね。そうして、みなさんは日本と北海道の生活を知ることができますし、「会館」にステイしている日本人や外国人にもっと親しみを感ずることができるでしょう。 私は日本の伝統的なゲーム碁だけでなく、ルールが非常にかんたんな「５ならべ」や、碁と５ならべを組み合わせた「碁５ならべ」も大好きです。みなさんが私の会館に滞在しているとき、みなさんが試みたいとおもうなら、いつでも喜んでお相手しますよ。じつは「碁５ならべ」は、私の考案によるもので、みなさんが私から習うと、自国での指導者になるかもしれません。 ２．平和福祉友好館（新館） その第５２条で、POCNA憲章は、FOCPO、FOEFC憲章案第５２条とまったく同文でホームステイ地球化による友好平和関係を重視し、さらに、これら各憲章の第５３条では、世界の随所に全人類的な性質の「平和福祉友好館」を建設することをさだめております。 ですから、皆さんが、この平和福祉友好館に宿泊することは、たんなるホテルや宿泊所に泊まるということではなく、第１に、人類の平和、福祉、友好、協力関係の発展を希求するPOCNA、FOCPO、およびFOEFCの軌道の記念すべき第１歩をあゆんだことを意味しています。第２に、ここに泊まるということは、お客が「地球ホームステイ仲間」になることによって、諸民族間の友好と平和に少しは寄与できることを意味していますね。 POCNA、FOCPO、FOEFC、それに平和福祉友好館は、すべて世俗的なものであり、超党派、超宗派、超民族、超体制、中立的、包括的、全人類的な性格のものです。 平和福祉友好会館は、POCNA誕生後に着工し、１か月以上の中長期下宿については、2015年8月20日に開始したばかりですが、そのほかPOCNAの関係者、地球愛社などがここで仕事するだけでなく、私と家内の生活の場ともなり、ここで寝食をとることが多くなり、ついにはここで新聞や郵便物さえ受け取るようになりました。国際生活では、新館は抜群ですし、旧館は古いので、快適さからみるなら、はるかに新館がまさっていますね。 たとえば、床の暖房。寒い季節になると、旧館では靴を室内のストーブで温めて外出しますが、新館では玄関の床もセントラル・ヒーテイングですので、もう靴が暖められています。お客は「気持ち良いな」といって玄関をでますね。１１月からは、この新館が私の本拠地になった理由がわかるでしょう。私の寝食、仕事、娯楽形態は、新館とともに急変しました。 ３．新館と新館の相違 日本の家族の住居は、いかに発展してきたか？その沿革の一断面は、私の新館と旧館でかいまみることができます。私の友人、というよりは、同志 、地球ホームステイ仲間には、新館と旧館双方をご案内します。 1) 新館は下宿として、2015年8月から稼動し、とても清潔で、いごこちよいです。 ここで皆さんは、独立的に生活できます。ここでは、夜おそく帰ってきてもよいですが、やはり夜１０時以降は、静かにしなければなりませんね。 2) 新館には各部屋に浴室、トイレ、テレビなどがありますが、旧館にはないです。 3) これに加え、新館には共用キッチンがありますが、それは旧館にはないですね。 4) 新旧の決定打は、カラオケと最大級のテレビ。カラオケは、典型的な大衆文化のひとつで、私も家内もうたいます。外国人は、自分の国から自国の歌のカラオケをもってきてほしいですね。いっしょに楽しみましょう！ 5) 囲碁、５ならべ、碁５ならべなどは、旧館でも遊べますが、新館にはたくさんのセットがあります。新館は、旧館よりも社交の場になりやすいですね。 旧館と新館の住所は、下記のとおりです。 1) HOUSE for Peace & Amity: 11 go, 14 ban 14 chome 5 jo, Nishioka, Toyohiraku, Sapporo city, Japan 〒062-0035 In Japahese: 〒062-0035 日本 札幌市 豊平区 西岡 ５条 14丁目 14番 11号 ２）NEW HOUSE for Peace & Amity 12 go, 14 ban 14 chome 5 jo, Nishioka, Toyohiraku, Sapporo city, Japan 〒062-0035 In Japanese: 〒062-0035 日本 札幌市 豊平区 西岡 ５条 14丁目 14番 12号 ４. 地球ホームステイ仲間 (Earth Home Stay Associates) もっとも有益かつ興味深いのは、ホームステイを地球化し、人種、性、言語、宗教、国籍等の差別なく、民族間の友好関係を促進すること。全世界に「地球ホームステイ仲間」（EHSA、イーサ）を作ることはどうでしょうか？「いーさ」でしょう！ あなたもイーサ、私もイーサ、下記のように宿泊時すでにイーサです。 地球ホームステイ仲間（EHSA,イーサ）の方針 1) EHSAの目的は、ホームステイ地球化により諸民族の友好と平和を促進することであり、 EHSAの原則は、全人類的な立場で、他の観光とホームステイ団体と協力することである。 2) EHSAは、ホスト会員（MH）とゲスト会員（MG）からなる。EHSAには、なんらの義務も有さず、イーメイルだけ受信するが、１票の投票権を有するML会員制もある。 3) ホスト会員の営造物（建物または家など）の名称は、大きなものは地球センター（The Earth Center）、ふつうのものは平和友好会館(HOUSE for Peace & Amity)または平和福祉友好会館(HOUSE for PEACE, Welfare & Amity)などと命名することができる。 4) EHSA会員は、ここで表示されている象徴的なロゴマークをEHSA会長の許可をえて、必要な変更を加え使用することができる。 5) ホスト会員は、そのゲストにわれらが同僚ホスト会員を推薦して、同ゲストにホスト会員名簿をしめすものとする。 6) ホスト会員は、他の業者から完全に独立した自分自身のホームページを保有できる。ただし、ホスト会員は、世界的な業者のホスト会員（複数も可）になるものとする。 7) ホスト会員は、ゲスト会員から割引とサービス提供の申込みがあれば、好意的に話し合い、１か月以上の滞在者を紹介するゲスト会員には、それ相応の報酬をしはらうものとする。 8) ホスト会員は、その家族が2名以上からなり、家族全員の同意があるとき受け入れる。 9) ホスト会員は、自己の隣地に自己所有の下宿施設または別宅を管理運営し、日常的に居住しているとき、国内法が認めるなら、それをホームステイ用として使用できるものとする。 10) ゲスト会員とホスト会員は、相互的に協力することができる。会員が希望するならば、会員は地域住民との協力、地域を世界とむすぶネットワークの構築に参加できる。 11) われらEHSAは何ぴとも、有料無料かをとわず、自分が運営管理する自宅または別宅に、国内外の諸民族を迎え入れることは、公共の福祉と公序良俗に反しないかぎり、人間に当然認められるべき自己財産の利用で、かつ人間の自然的な権利であると考える。 12) 諸国の政府に要請するのは、ホームステイにかんする制限を相当に緩和するというよりも、ホームステイを促進する積極的な方策をとり、家計をうるおし、観光を活性化し、税収部門をひろげ、民族間の友好関係を促進し、真の恒久平和を樹立するための予算を増額することである。 （金子利喜男が、次回の選挙まで地球ホームステイ仲間の会長となる。)
