The view! What a treat to stay in a beautiful cottage on a lake. It has a comfortable open space interior and lovely views. Christian is a terrific host, responding quickly to questions and he was flexible with check-out time. Thank you to the cleaning staff! The cottage is tidy and organized.

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect place to stay while visiting our Colgate student. Would love to return in the warmer weather to take advantage of the outdoor offerings. The home was very clean and is obviously very well cared for. A lot of thought went in to the amenities in the home.

We enjoyed our trip very much. The views are breath taking and the house is amazing. My kids noticed the heated floors instantly and it was all they talked about. We went to see the solar eclipse and the house was the high light for the kids. I would absolutely recommend staying with Christian to anyone. He obviously takes pride in his place.

We had a wonderful stay in such a beautiful setting. The house was perfect with many special touches that made our stay really enjoyable. It really had everything that we needed, and more! It is an incredible value for the price. Christian is an amazing host who was very friendly and responsive. Our daughter attends Colgate University and we hope to stay here as often as possible.

Wonderful lakeside cottage, spotlessly clean, and Christian is an excellent host. Highly recommend especially if you're visiting nearby colleges as it is only a 5 minute drive into campus or the town.
