squeeky upper floors but thats part of the charm, first floor was new flooring and had tons of great seating and a stocked fridge and cabinets.

This home was perfect for our family gathering. There were 9 of us in town for the Andover Maple Festival, about 15 minutes down the road. Jeff was there when we arrived (doing a last minute check of the house) and we got to talk to him at length. It was nice to know from whom we were renting. He takes great pride in this home, and it shows! The house is spacious with plenty of places to eat, break out in small family groups, play games, or just have quiet time. The bedrooms are immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. The two bathrooms had everything we needed, and I mean everything. There was soap, shampoo, body wash, Q-tips, floss, deodorizer! All of the furniture in the house was extremely well-kept. The rooms were very nicely decorated, and the woodwork is gorgeous. Just about any kitchen utensil, bowl, equipment that we needed was there. If it had been nice, we would have enjoyed the furnished patio deck.

Jeff was wonderful in helping find a beautiful place for our family to stay. He went out of his way to communicate with us to meet our needs. They stayed at the home on North Main Street, and it is beautiful, clean, peaceful. Jeff is a perfect host. All the instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. Our family was very impressed and comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for an Air B&B in Wellsville.

We loved our stay at this house! It slept all 10 of us very comfortably (everyone had a bed, not a sleeper sofa bed either!). The house was very clean and spacious. It was a quiet neighborhood. The best part is that the house has anything you may need in it - I brought all of our bathroom/shower stuff but it’s just amazing to stay in a place that has anything you might need if you forgot something of your own. Definitely feels like someone pays attention to details and you won’t regret staying here! Jeff was very responsive with any questions and overall we are extremely happy with everything. Thank you Jeff!
