Charming loft and beautiful location

Nice place but not what I expected or paid for. I'm sure the loft suite is very nice, however the unit my girlfriend and I stayed in was not what we had signed up for. It seemed like his actual living area, or like a b&b rather than the private loft shown in the photos. There were personal items in the downstairs bathroom and the drawers and closet in our room were full of clothes. I imagine we were double booked and sent to this unit instead. We had full access to a house, minus the downstairs bathroom, and one of 3 bedrooms upstairs. Thankfully there was no one else in the other rooms, but if I was expecting a private getaway and had to share the common areas I would have been upset. Besides the misrepresentation the place was great. The bathroom was clean, kitchen was stocked and Moshen was helpful and quick to respond to questions. I just wish this unit was listed separately from the one we signed up for.

The loft was very cozy and spacious. The location is great. The kitchen had everything needed. Mohsen ensured we had an easy check in and was readily available to answer any questions. I would definitely return again.

I bit of a disappointment. We were not allowed to check in at the time stated. We couldn't able to access the rental until 4 hours later due to it needing to be cleaned. Once we got into the rental we noticed that it wasn't very clean. There were many personal belongings left around the rental that made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The rental is super cute, we just wish we would have been able to check in on time and into a clean place.
