This holiday house, has a tastefully summery decoration, which matches amazing with the view of Libyan Sea. The house, belongs to an island-style complex called Plakias Panorama Houses, located at the well known Plakias village on the south Crete. Guests can share the common pools on a river shape, and the gardens. Plakias Panorama is only 500m away from the beach, 200m from the shops, taverns and bars. 5 minutes walk takes to the small old harbor. This summer house (40 m2), is ideal for your holidays. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table sitting up to four people. You will be able to relax and watching TV at a cozy living room. The outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying dinner as well. There is a comfortable and tasteful decorated bedroom, with double bed. Next to the bedroom there is a spacious bathroom with shower and beauty amenities. Some steps away from property you can swim to the common pool, where sun beds and umbrellas are provided. LAYOUT Inside Open plan kitchen, fully equipped, dining table Living area with TV Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe with large mirror, office table Bathroom with shower and laundry machine Outdoors Balcony with coffee taable and two chairs. Guests can share the common pools on a river shape and the gardens. Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure to accommodate the needs of people with limited mobility and wheelchair users.

Kleines nettes Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Es war schön eingerichtet und sauber. Auf Nachfrage haben wir am nächsten Tag auch einen Hochstuhl für unser Kind bekommen. Der Pool ist groß und es waren immer Liegen und Sonnenschirme frei (wir waren allerdings auch außerhalb der Saison da).
A fantastic apartment just out of the centre of Plakias, with supermarkets, bars and restaurants all walkable, but far enough away to allow the property to be peaceful and relaxing. The beaches are in walking distance and lovely. The accommodation is perfect for two people, with a good kitchenette, made several meals during our stay. The bedroom was spacious, with plenty of storage and a great bed. The shower was powerful. The air conditioning was brilliant! The pool was an added bonus! Would highly recommend a stay here. We hope to return.
Très bon emplacement, à 3minutes en voiture du petit centre de plakias et des magnifiques plages. Appartement de bonne qualité, bien décoré et super bien équipé (tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, du café, huile vinaigre sel poivre…). Belle piscine. Calme et reposant.
Een zeer aangenaam appartement! Gezellige inrichting, prima bed, fijne douche en goed ingerichte keuken met vaatwasser. Ligging tov zwembad, strand en restaurants/winkels is exact zoals omschreven. Fijne rustige omgeving. Contact met de host was perfect. Aanrader voor verblijf met 2 personen!
We hebben erg genoten van het verblijf. Mooi appartement met een heerlijk zwembad. Daarnaast ging de communicatie met de host erg gemakkelijk. Binnen 10 minuten loop je naar de zee en het super leuke stadje met heerlijke restaurants. Al met al zeker een aanrader!

The village of Plakias is situated on the shore of the Libyan Sea. Plakias name is taken after the large number of stones, which are called “plakes” in Greek.
Plakias was a small village in the late 19th century, which in recent decades has transformed to a popular resort. Especially, during the 60s beaches of Yialia, as the beachfront of the wider area is called, were a favorite destination for hippies. Now it’s a popular resort and a base for visiting the natural beauties of the region.
Plakias Village is situated between two canyons (Kotsifos and Kourtaliotis). The Kourtaliotis River flows through the Kourtaliotiko Gorge, which is characterized by dense vegetation and high-pitched stone volumes on both sides. Kourtaliotiko Gorge is really a masterpiece of nature and you definitely must visit it.
Plakias is a popular village offering many different kinds of activities (scuba diving, snorkeling, boat trips, horse riding, and more). Traditional tavernas line the coast, serving up mouthwatering Cretan cuisine featuring fresh fish and local produce. Quaint cafes dotting the narrow streets invite you to savor Greek coffee and pastries, while charming shops showcase handmade crafts, souvenirs, and local products like olive oil. With its laid-back atmosphere and authentic charm, Plakias is a perfect destination for a serene coastal retreat.
