We stayed a long weekend at Jame's place to celebrate my wife's birthday with another couple. The house was clean and exactly as described when we arrived. The patio out back is great- we would have loved to spend a little more time out there, but the weather didn't cooperate. We loved that hiking, restaurants, and breweries were just a short drive away. James was very helpful- communicating with us quickly and giving great instructions on how to enter and where to find things. He even let us check in early and out late. Being able to have our dogs with us was a major draw as well. We'll definitely try to stay here again next time we're in Bristol!

Where to start... Wow. So impressed with the property, house, location and hosts. First, James was great. He was very responsiblie as well as a proactive communicator. He let me check-in early, as well as offered a late check-out. The house itself was as described: full of ameneties, clean and felt like home. I did not have to worry about a single thing; everything was provided from towels , detergent and cookware. There were even two sets of bowls set out for my boys. So sweet! The location itself is great. Very convienent to the finger lakes, breweries and wineries. I'm already looking forward to coming back and hoping James and Alla's place will be availble!

This is an absolutely amazing place! I cannot recommend it enough. Host was very responsive and the house had everything you could ever want. It was very private and you could hear so much birdsong that it felt incredibly peaceful. It was also very very clean!

We had a wonderful stay. Great space, everything we needed, and comfortable beds. We highly recommend. And it was so nice to be able to bring our dog!

House exactly as described, super communicative host. Short stay but could not recommend enough. Beautiful home to watch the snow fall!
