This exceptional, eco-friendly Villa features two bedrooms, including a Primary King with ensuite and vaulted ceiling queen guest bedroom with bath, along with a living room equipped with a queen-size sofa bed. Ideal for couples, friends, or families traveling together, the Villa can comfortably host up to 6 guests, making it the ultimate retreat. ***** TO NOTE: -Please note that the island may be affected by shifting seasonal currents and weather patterns causing an influx of seaweed at the beach. During heavy production seasons we clean the Estate's beach daily (weather permitting)! -On this tropical island, expect sun, rain, and bugs. Bring suitable gear like sunblock and bug repellent. Additional supplies are available for purchase at the office reception if needed. -The road North is paved with crushed limestone and can be bumpy depending on seasonal rains and the last time repaved and/or repaired (if someone in your group has spine problems, please speak to your concierge for alternative travel suggestions). If traveling at night, remember to switch on your golf cart lights. POOL USAGE: We have a partnership with two resorts, our neighboring resort, and the newest resort on the island, Margaritaville. Our guests have complimentary resort access and use of amenities while purchasing food and beverage. Guests must comply with all resort rules. Usage of the pool is subject to change at any time by resort management. Fees may apply.

Wonderful place and location. A bit far from stuff but worth the peace and quiet. Terri was fantastic with helping arrange everything.

This home was perfection!! Looks even better in person. You felt like you were in your own private island. Terri the concierge was amazing! She was always available and made our experience even better. She booked every excursion we wanted to do including transportation to the island. Beds and pillows were superb, best sleep ever. I would highly recommend Sari’s Villa! My family and I had such an amazing time and loved our stay!
A true Belizean gem. Terri, Carla and the rest of the on-site concierge team, were absolutely amazing. they were attentive to our every need, had amazing recommendations, and took excellent care of the premises while we were there. If you are looking for a place to truly get away, reset, and rejuvenate, this is the place to be. Though it is quite a bit outside of town, and that golf cart ride down the road that is less developed, can be a bit taxing, it is definitely worth it once you get to this lovely destination. We will definitely be back.

When you rent a golf cart with us, we will greet you upon arrival on the island with a luggage carryall and an escort. We will escort you via golf cart 9 miles from the center of town to the private estate on the North East side of the island.
Our concierge can reserve your travel accommodations from the mainland to the island whether by ferry or plane, based on guest preference. Please provide us your International flight details once your flights are secured.
We will assist with your luggage transport and provide a complimentary tour of San Pedro Town while escorting you to your villa (included with Golf Cart Rental).
We highly recommend renting golf carts so that you can enjoy and fully experience all the island has to offer!

For guests with spine or back problems we suggest Cab Transfers for arrival.
