Clean, pet-friendly apartment above a business. Some of the more critical feedback I had read prior to the stay wasn’t entirely true for us… there is additional toilet paper if you look under the bathroom sink, there are bird noises in the bathroom but there’s 0 chance of a bird coming out through the vent fan. The top of the outside stairs do not align flush with the second story floor but as long as you look where you’re stepping it will be fine. Tom was pretty responsive and proactively reached out about check in and check out.

Convenient place to stay for 2 couples. Tom was very responsive and quickly dealt with one minor issue we had.

Super nice and beautiful place! Close to the river, the view is best. And the parking lot is also a lot. Tom is very kind and respond very quickly, thank you! It will be better if the restrooms have more tollet paper :) Over all everything is great!

Tom went out of his way to quickly fix any issues we had. It was such a very private location, perfect for our friend meet-up!
