THIS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Days before I arrived Michelle called and asked if I would cancel my reservation because she wanted me to pay in cash when I got there. This was red flag number one, but unfortunately for me I couldn’t cancel my reservation at this point and receive any type of guaranteed refund, per her cancellation policy. When I arrived, Michelle had just finished “cleaning” and “airing out” the camper. This thing wasn’t even fit for human habitation. Rotted floor, missing flooring, evidence of a roof leak which obviously hadn’t been repaired. Carpet was soaking wet, bath tub was filthy. Missing light bulbs, almost all of them. The camper wreaked of stale cigarette smoke and beer like someone had been partying in it for days before my arrival. Needless to say, I did not stay a single night in the camper, and Michelle is refusing to issue even the 50% refund she verbally agreed to with me over the phone. Nobody in their right mind would spend a night here.

Michelle is extremely friendly and did everything she could to make the stay comfortable. The location is convenient and feels safe without much noise at night. Great value!
