Lovely villa. Very close access to Éze beach & great train connections for exploring Côte d’Azur. Great hosts. Not so many places in Éze sur Mer for eating & produce. However available in close by villages & towns.

Maison bien équipée, spacieuse et confortable à proximité de la plage d'Eze et des transports publics (pour ceux qui n'ont pas de voiture). Lucienne a été très réactive et aimable chaque fois qu'on a eu besoin de lui parler.

A lovely villa, with two main terraces that are perfect for relaxing and eating, with another small balcony on the top floor. Plus a large living space with big kitchen. It's perfect for the beach at Èze-Bord-de-Mer, being just a 5 minute walk down. It is well linked to the rest of the coast with 2 buses and the train station a close walk, meaning we could easily access nearby towns and villages along the coast. Whilst there is a lack of restaurants, cafés and shops in Èze Sur Mer itself, the lovely town of Beaulieu is very accessible by train or bus, and has everything you may need in terms of shops, restaurants and the local boulangerie and butchers were favourites! A car may be useful for some, but we got by just fine with the local transport. We had a lovely stay at Villa Luna, and would recommend the property to anyone looking to explore the Côte d'Azur!

The villa matched the photos and descriptions listed. Lucienne was responsive and helpful with directions, local recommendations and sorting details related to our stay and the villa itself. Our view from the top floor terrace was beautiful. Public transport, both bus and train stops were easily walkable as well as the public beach access. Overall a lovely villa that was perfect for accommodating our family throughout our holiday.
