The place itself is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for what we needed. The location was great and because we stayed for NYE we were able to see the fireworks from just outside. The only things I would say is there is a lack of basics for example oil, salt, pepper, butter etc and we were left only one dishwasher tablet for 5 days and not enough toilet roll. Whilst there, the bathroom sink was leaking but they sent someone out to fix it within a few hours, very responsive!

The apartment is very close to the harbor and to Bristol's city centre. The kitchen was nice, but if we had really wanted to cook, we'd have to have some more amenities. The living room (lounge) was a very comfortable meeting area for our group, and the radiators certainly did their job! The combination washer/dryer was wonderful, plus there were several towel drying racks that helped speed up our laundry process. I appreciated the bowl of instant coffees, teas, biscuits and sugar left in the kitchen. That was a warm welcome on a rainy day!
