Villa Maria Tereza is a fully equipped villa in the heart of the Istrian peninsula. The interior is new, modern and luxurious. The enclosed and fully fenced garden has a large swimming pool with massages and a flow effect giving a counter-current for swimming upstream, sun loungers, umbrellas, plenty of space for children, barbecue and a large outdoor dining table. The interior is new, modern and luxurious. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room, cellar and laundry room. There is a living room, balcony, bathroom and a bedroom on the second floor, and two more bedrooms with bathrooms are on the second floor. Six people can sleep on the beds, and two more can sleep on the couch in the living room. A crib is also available if needed. The house is equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV and a video game console. Flat Wi-Fi is available. There is plenty of space for parking.

Hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus. Leider konnte der Pool nicht beheizt werden, das war sehr schade, so war der Pool wirklich sehr frisch. Ansonsten alles wie abgebildet, sehr detailreich dekoriert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail.
Piękne miejsce w spokojnej okolicy. Bardzo funkcjonalnie urządzony dom a do tego nieskazitelnie czysty. Miejsce idealne. Z przyjemnością wrócimy.

The nearest place for everything you need (supermarket, bank, post office) is Žminj, 5 minutes by car from the villa. Small town filled with good people. Many good restaurants, beautiful nature, small charming shops. It is really quiet and so close to all other places in Istria. As a historical crossroads offers ways to reach all important places.
Beautiful beaches of Istria are all reachable in just 30 minutes, and we especially recommend the beaches around Bale - crystal clear sea, magnificent trees and a beautiful view of the open sea.
Fabulous destinations to visit include: the Brijuni Islands, a national park, the art galleries in Rovinj, the most romantic town in Istria.
A short drive from the villa there is an adventure park in Barban and underground caves Feštinsko Kraljevstvo.
