Really well appointed.
Place was clean and instructions were clear. Was a little concerned being on the bottom floor of an apartment complex, but didn’t hear any other people. Beds were firm, but we like firm beds. Tubs were nice and big. Enjoyed our stay as we watched the good guys BTHO South Carolina. 👍🏻

The complex is a safe, gated community in an astounding area of Bryan/College Station. The area feels like the more trendy/modern area in the city with a waking trail and some of the best restaurants/bars close by , but you are a short drive away from all of the old favorites like downtown Bryan and Texas A&M's campus.
There is tons of parking once inside the gated community. Park in any of the non-covered spots as long as they're not designated Electric Vehicle parking.
