We (family with 2 kids, 6 and 7 years old) had a fantastic time at Athina’s place, we stayed for 10 days. Athina is very lovely and welcoming - she really made us feel at home. She was always there for help, answering questions and providing suggestions for nice places to go. Her place at the beach was a perfect spot for us: safe and comfortable place, very nice and safe for the kids to play both in the garden and at the beach. The bars and restaurants at the beach were just a perfect reason for not cooking :-). From Athina’s house, we visited Athens twice, by car and then transferring to the metro, which went smooth. Our kids already requested to return :-) and think we will! :-) We absolutely recommend to stay at Athina’s place! It was a perfect holiday!

אנחנו זוג עם ילדה 1 - הבית הירוק על החוף זו בחירה פשוט מעולה לחופש ולהרגע המיקום פשוט מדהים על אחד החופים המדהימים שראינו האזור של שקט ובטוח . יש המון מה לעשות בסביבה והמון מקומות לבקר . הבית מקסים מרווח (יותר ממה שנראה בתמונה) יש בבית כל מה שצריך כדי להרגיש בבית . ומרגישים שהושקעה מחשבה בדברים . באמת הדבר מספר אחד בבית נופש הזה הוא בהחלט המארחת Athina המקסימה היא כל כך ידידותית ותקשורתית ונתנה לנו הרגשה מאוד טובה . בכלל היא פשוט מהאנשים הטובים . תודה לך נהנינו מאוד מצפים לחזור בקרוב

Athina by far is one of the most friendly and helpful hosts I had till now and was always happy to help and suggest anything that we might needed. The house is spacious and clean , with a very nice outside terrace, and only 5 steps away from the beach. We had a wonderful stay and we will be happy to stay there again anytime !

I had a peaceful stay at Athina’s beachfront house. The location is stunning, right by the beach, although it might be a bit challenging if you have large luggage to transport. Athina is a warm and welcoming host, and the presence of friendly cats added a charming touch to our stay. However, the room had a bit of humidity due to its seaside location, and some areas could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. I noticed some rust and signs of wear and tear. Despite this, if you’re a cat and beach lover, this spot offers a unique experience.
