We had an excellent time at this beautiful home. The house was fantastic—spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway with friends. The host was accommodating and helpful, ensuring everything was in order for us. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy some quality time in a stunning location.

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf! Zeer comfortabele ruimtes. Superproper en gezellig. Overdekt terras is een absolute meerwaarde! En aangezien je een plekje krijgt in Antonio’s garage hoef je nooit in te zitten met parkeerplaats, wat zeer welkom is in Mandello! Aanrader!

Our stay at Lake Como was fantastic, due in large part to the property, where we stayed in Mandello, del Lario. Antonio is a very gracious host, and he provides a property that really needs to be seen to be believed. The inside of the house is tastefully done and extremely clean. The only sounds that you hear at bedtime is the water flowing in the canal behind the house. During the day, you occasionally hear children laughing, and playing at a nearby school. Although the temperatures were quite warm, during our one week, stay, the house remains incredibly cool without air-conditioning. Fantastic restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, railway station, and ferry dock are all within a nice walking distance of the house. We loved our stay in this beautiful house, and I hope to return in the near future.

We had a great time at Antonio’s place. The house and garden are beautiful and very comfortable, Antonio helped us with everything we needed. You can easily reach cafes, supermarkets, the lido and we visited many places nearby with the train or the ferry. Only the mosquitos were a bit annoying, but they can hardly be avoided with the proximity to the river and water in the summer. Autan has helped ;)

This is a fantastic home to stay! We had a great time there and highly recommend it. Antonio is a wonderful and helpful host. We had booked the house for 9 nights, but our son got sick right before our trip and we sadly only stayed 4 nights. Antonio was flexible throughout and let us stay way past our checkout time so we could enjoy our last day a bit more. The house was spacious, bright, sparkling clean and comfortable with large living spaces. Patio and backyard are lovely. What a dream view! Private parking garage was a big plus. Our favorite thing was the river stream that cuts through the house and provided such a relaxing background sound. The travel crib and high-chair was a nice touch. The house is in same grounds as Antonio’s but completely separate and private. It gave us a great base for exploring Lake Como by car and train, being a ~10-15min walk to the lake front and train station. It’s quieter and less touristy than more popular towns. Would definitely stay again!
