Xavier’s place was amazing! He was flexible with check in, and had everything my boyfriend and I needed. Great location, and excellent communication from him. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in London!

Love the place! Xavier was very responsive and friendly and left me some nice welcome drinks as well :) The place has a good vibe, lovely balcony and beautiful interior.

The flat is fine. Cluttered in a few areas. About 12-15mins walk in all directions to either get to a train or to a village center. Xavier seems like a really nice guy and cares about his guests; though, I'm used to a little better sense of overall flat and neighborhood instructions left in some written form by the host (ex. I didn't know he wanted me to water the plants until he reached out in the middle of my stay.) Overall, though, Xavier's a really nice guy.

Xavier's place is exceptionally clean, very quiet, and well equipped. It was less than 15min to the Victoria line at Highbury and Islington so you could be on Oxford street in half an hour. On a quiet estate street it got little passing traffic and neighbours were quiet. The common part of the building was clean and tidy. Best of all, this was all available for a reasonable cost.
