Very helpful and friendly host.
The place was very dirty, with no working WiFi, no cutlery, missing cabinet door and door handle. The place really needs maintenance and deep clean before it should be allowed to be advertised here. Unfortunately our team didn't have the greatest stay and it took over 10 day for the issues to be resolved by the host.
I didn't really enjoy my stay at Luke Stay's. The location is okay. The house wasn't clean, the toilet flush wasn't functioning, there was no soap, not enough towels and cutlery. Wifi wasn't working which was the worst. I tried to contact the host but nothing was fixed from their side, 0 communication. I hope I'll get a partial refund from Airbnb. Not recommended.
Terrible experience. The all place was filthy, not very hygienic. Looked like a student house that just been superficially cleaned. Found dirty towels, broken handle - all handle on both side from a room door fell off as I tried to get in. Bathroom so disgusting, rust everywhere, filthy bathtub with cracks. All we use was some glasses which weren’t even cleaned. We both our housekeeping products because nothing there was clean. Company tried to blame on me for damages that were already pre-existing
