Carlton and his host are amazing. They took us in last minute, and I was amazed by the entire process under stress and pressure to find a place to stay they made it seem seamless.

Our stay at Carlton's place was exceptional. The location, the home, and the safety we enjoyed while visiting for three weeks is unmatched. The home is exactly as described: spacious, comfortable, accessible, and minutes from everywhere. Sam, the co-host is a phenomenal help. He communicated well and offered suggestions, was on-time for transportation, and was flexible when we needed help. I travel quite a bit to Negril and will always choose Carlton's home every time now.

My group and I absolutely loved this villa! Not only was it peaceful and safe, but the host and the driver were accommodating and very responsive. Sam the driver did an excellent job of making sure we had all that was needed and showed us around Negril and suggested great places to visit. We look forward to booking this beautiful place again.

Carlton’s listing promised an entire villa with air conditioning. However, upon our arrival we were lead to a basement apartment without air conditioning. Additionally, we were told that the listing we were promised would be occupied by other guest the next day. So not only did we not get the entire place we were forced to share the villa with other guests. The space was not prepared for our arrival; trash in bins, used soap/towels in bathrooms, very dusty and we spent the night killing roaches and ants. Carlton provided no assistance; he even took it step further and tried to make accusations to Air BnB after his we pointed out the discrepancies between his listing and what we were provided.
