This is a lovely place, very nicely furnished, full of plants and lovely design touches throughout. The furnishings, kitchen and bathroom appear to be new. The apartment is on a quiet residential street that is walking distance to the heart of the Andersonville neighborhood with its shops and restaurants etc. I had some brief contacts with Alex via text and phone. He was friendly and helpful. This is a special place and I recommend it without any reservations.

A true gem in the heart of Andersonville. We felt right at home at Alex's place. The flat was clean and bright with plenty of well-designed space for our group of three to relax and spend time together, when we weren't out and about exploring the neighborhood. Alex provided thoughtful recommendations for coffee, restaurants and activities. The location is simply perfect to enjoy everything Andersonville has to offer. We've traveled around the world and La Maison Verte is a top five stay! We hope to enjoy it again next time we're in Chicago.

Our stay was just lovely. We wanted to see the city but didn't want to stay in a cramped hotel with 3 kids. La Maison Verte allowed us to have space to spread out, a kitchen to make meals so we weren't eating out the entire time, and a zen place to decompress from our long days of sight seeing. I highly recommend staying here.

Immaculate. Gorgeous. Elegant. This place is quality. And enjoyable just to be in. Highly recommend
