Great location and a very nice place. Just a few minutes from the Piazza del Duomo, but already in a less touristy area, supermarket just around a corner, very close to the coastbound trainline which we used to get e.g. to the beach in Viareggio. There is also a bus line to Pisa Centrale train station from which one can conveniently travel to Firenze or take a automated shuttle to the airport. The place itself is very nice building with a beautiful staircase and nice anc clean rooms. Even though it was quite hot when we were there (32 C) thanks to the ceiling fan it was very comfortable inside - great solution and no need for AC. Emanuele has also recommended us some great places for food and drinks. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Emanueles place! We spent a few days in Pisa and the location was perfect to explore the city and also to explore places a little bit more out of town for example the beach. It was near by the train station which made it easy to go to citys like Florence! We really enjoyed it and Emanuele and his mother were perfect hosts!

Very good location- near the leaning tower. In the building is shop, near is Carrefour express. Bus stop is very close to the apartment. In room was very very hot. There is no air conditioning only a ceiling fan. Was in constant contact with Emanuele

I don’t think you can find a better place in terms of location. The tower of Pisa is just a short walk away. Everything you need is within reach by foot. Emanuele was very welcoming and let us know of local events. It gets warm during the hot summer days, but that is to be expected. There is a trade-off between being hot or opening the windows at night and bearing the traffic noise. Other than that I highly recommend! Thank you!
