We are close to the Museum of Modern Art, Concert Hall, galleries, cafe's, restaurants, walks and cycle routes. 30 mins to the Mediterranean, 15 mins from the Spanish boarder, 10 mins to Aqua Park. The house is sunny and open plan with a double height entrance space which leads into the kitchen and dinning area from which you will find double doors onto a lovely terrace which is sunny in the morning and perfect for breakfast and gives afternoon shade. The terrace has a table and six chairs and a seating area to enjoy which is cool in the afternoon and a great place for dinning out in the evening. The master bedroom with its en-suit is also on the ground floor with doors leading onto the terrace. The open plan sitting room is on the first floor and leads onto a covered terrace with wonderful views to the surrounding foothills and has a table with six chairs. There is a comfy sofa and plenty of seating together with a desk at the rear of the sitting room. The double bedroom and twin bedroom are also on the first floor with views over neighbouring gardens. The family shower room is at the top of the stairs. The terrace on the first floor is cool in the morning and sunny in the afternoon. All windows have shutters and there are tiled floors throughout. The is a garage which we use as a store area for our bikes etc and the washing machine and drying line can be found there.
