We loved our stay here and we can’t wait to be back again! This unit is on the third floor of Highland House, with a balcony overlooking the Skidder lift. You cannot beat the location, right in the heart of the Village, with ski-out access from the back side of the building. We took full advantage of the balcony, the fire place, the hot tub (Carol Ann provides pool towels, which is so nice), and the amenities in the Village. We had an issue with the provided ski locker, but Carol Ann was very responsive and worked to rectify it. Check-in/out were very easy, and the staff at Allegheny Springs who assisted us were helpful. The condo is SO well appointed—it has everything you could need! I do recommend bringing staples if you plan to cook, especially since the small market in the Village has a very limited selection. The condo worked beautifully for us (2 adults and 1 child), and we loved being so close to everything. Thank you for a wonderful spring skiing weekend!

Carol’s 1 bedroom was exactly as described. Overlooks skidder slope and gives easy access to ballhooter lift. Easy access to village and was a perfect place to get in some spring skiing. Everything inside the condo was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was exactly as listed. Great sunrise view. Communications with Carol Ann were easy and on point. We very highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Carol Ann’s condo at Highland House! It had everything we needed for a spring ski getaway. Our favorite features were the incredible sunrise view from the balcony over the slopes and mountains, prime ski-in-ski-out location with locker storage, our own fireplace, and super-comfortable bed and pull-out sofa. I did have a question for Carol Ann mid-stay and she was super responsive too. We’ll definitely look to re-book here when we return to Snowshoe!

Had a great stay at the condo for Spring Break with my son. Very comfortable, had everything we needed and felt right at home.
