Myself and my husband really enjoyed our stay, it was our home for a short while I’m Kokrobite. Nico had all the amenities and has 2 friendliest and cutest small dogs. This place really caters to your needs and upon request Nico and Abrahim can make it happen. Cannot recommend this place more. Thank you 🙏

I stayed at Nico’s place for 2 months and it was perfect 🤩 the apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with AC in every room and a well equipped kitchen. I requested items like a blender and extra frying pan which were brought the same day. The garden is beautiful with a small pool and was great for working remotely. WiFi worked well for zoom calls and Netflix. 5 mins from Kokrobite Nico and Ibrahim were always on hand and we became good friends. I will defo stay again next time I’m in Ghana and come to Kokrobite.

keys was just handed without any introduction to the property. no access to balcony in picture. Access to property through gravel path which was never list. Water pressure very bad had to ask caretaker always to put pump on before we can shower and if he’s out we have to wait till his back or go out without shower as he was not willing to show how to turn pump on in his absence. We had to clean the the whole accommodations as it was not done and the bathroom was a mess with a bad smell so we got cleaning products to do that. No washing machine and we have to pay to use the one at caretaker accommodation. Broken fridge and we had to wait couple of days before caretaker will swap it and all out food went bad and we had to discard at our cost and have pictures to prove it Doors not fitting properly allowing mosquitoes to come in every day. Dog poo on wail path. Swimming pool was never drained for the duration and over dose with chlorine which resulted with my nephews ended up in hospital

I love everything about Nico’s place. The house is quiet and secluded. Your privacy is protected and respected. The view from the house to the beach is everything and more. I enjoyed the view very much. Now let’s talk about Nico himself- he is so relaxed and flexible about every request I had and worked with me each time. He is so friendly and lets you be. Then there is Mr. Ibrahim who I called Mr. Steady, with a quiet presence and quick to make sure your needs are met. Then there is Joe the driver who became like a brother to me. He is so professional, knows all the routes and also friendly. Then the dearest of all is, Goli the dog who I fell deeply in love with. Always looking for a cuddle and ready to play. He always put me in a good mood. I have no complaints about this house. Run and rent it, you won’t regret it. I will be back again and again anytime I go to Ghana. They felt like I had known them before.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nico's place. The house has nice ocean view from the front yard. The unit was very clean and spacious. Nico is very friendly and answered our questions promptly . I recommend Nico's place if you need a quiet and beautiful place to stay.
