Wonderful location, charming old villa and beautiful beaches, great food and shopping nearby. Unfortunately cannot recommend due to an issue with an ant infestation that was known about by the host before our arrival.

What a fantastic holiday! Let me start with the highlight of the house: it is a mere 50 meters from the most stunning private beach! We went with friends plus our 9-month old son in the middle of August. We had a car and visited many beautiful beached - but they were of course all packed - except for the private one at the end of the road! What an incredible luxury. I would pay this price a million times over just for the beach access. The house is also incredible spacious - from the rooms to the common areas and the outdoor spaces. Simply fantastic. Almost every room had a fan, which was very necessary during the hot summer month (air conditioning would be even better but we understand its not common in Italy)! The only thing I would suggest is to get newer mosquito nets, as leaving the windows open is important at night! There were also 2 baby cribs provided! All in all, absolutely phenomenal location, spacious house, and would absolutely love to return.

Emplacement vraiment privilégié avec accès à la petite plage privée. Riccardo adorable, très accueillant et disponible. La maison aurait juste besoin d’un rafraîchissement et en particulier d’une climatisation et d’un lave vaisselle. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer de très bonnes vacances !

We had such a wonderful week in this house! It's spacious and comfortable and with access to two world class beaches. A gem! Riccardo was easy to communicate with, flexible and very friendly. Hope to come back soon!

A nice rustic place that’s close to the beach. The lack of A/C was a bit of a challenge, but overall great place for a big group.
