I did not get to stay at the listing because I was unable to get there. The directions are based on physicals landmarks, and since I was check in at night; that was of no use. Host refused to send me a g-pin; despite me asking. Would have solved the issue considering I used maps to get me to the landmarks she provides (cradle hotel), after that I went in circles for like and hour and even almost got stuck on the sandy B-roads until I eventually checked in at the landmark/hotel provided in the directions. So needless to say, I incurred double the costs. Plus the host was never rattled during my ordeal, never even took the initiative to call. After 600kms of travel, that was the least I expected. I was disappointed.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gepflegt, allerdings ist die Lage abgelegener als erwartet und ohne Auto/ Motorrad sehr ungünstig. Leider hatten wir mehrfach Probleme mit dem Wasser, einmal ging über 12 Stunden das Leitungswasser nicht, was dann doch sehr lange ist.

we stayed at Winnie's place and it was a pleasant experience,the house is beautiful looks like the photos,the host went an extra mile and provided basic items for use(salt,sugar) the house is strategically located next to cradle mankind hotel where we went for swimming;) all in all we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again :)

Indeed she is a superhost,it will be my to ho place while in Lodwar.

Nice place, roomy....very spacious. Some distance from Lodwar CBD ... Secure compound
