Located in Benaulim, our home is just a 15-minute walk from Benaulim Beach and close to local restaurants and bars. Dabolim Airport is around 40 min away and Madgaon railway station is 12 min away. Home Our penthouse apartment has a large living and dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. You will have access to the entire home. It is fully airconditioned with modern, minimalistic furniture. We have a Smart TV in the living room and great Wi-Fi. Benaulim is a quiet and sleepy village, so be ready to enjoy a slower pace of life - the susegad life. Terrace There is a spacious terrace (1000 sq feet) with a bar and outdoor seating that offers views of lush paddy fields. Kitchen The kitchen is fully functioning with an electric stove, water purifier, kettle, fridge, and microwave. We have kitchen equipment and cutlery so you can prepare meals. We do not have any pantry staples and no meals are provided. Remote Working The master bedroom has a comfortable workstation. The Wi-Fi connection is good for video calls, etc. Special rates are available for long-stay guests. Cleaning We can arrange daily cleaning at an additional cost of Rs. 300 per day. We have cleaning supplies at the apartment. We do not change towels and sheets everyday. If you need this service there will be additional charges. Outdoor Cameras We have a camera monitoring the entrance door and two cameras for the outdoor terrace. Pool This apartment is part of San Joao Holiday Homes and has a shared, seasonal pool. Power Backup There is no power backup. Parking Free parking is available on the street outside. Eating Out There are several restaurants and bars nearby, and plenty of options to order in.
