We had a great time and it was a perfect space for our family. Wish we could’ve utilize the beautiful patio but it was just a little too chilly when we were there. Last day of our stay, we saw so many elk right outside. It was really fun to see, I would select that place again just for the patio view alone

Little mishap with the cleanliness when checking in, communicated with the host about it and they were very quick to respond and fix the problem. Host sent over their cleaning lady as soon as we brought up the condition to them. Besides the little check in mishap the stay was very comfortable hosts instructions and extra activities were very helpful and clear. Overall the stay at Top of the View Cabin was perfect 5/5.

Sadly I was not impressed with our stay. We couldn't reach our host when we first came about not being able to get in to the place in a timely manner that I reached out to airbnb support. There was an ongoing issue with the security of the door. First we couldn't get in, then the door could only lock when we were inside. In order to leave, from suggestion by the host, we left through the back door leaving it unlocked. There was no way to lock it from the outside without a key, at least that was not an option communicated by the host if that were the case. We could only open the door once with our new code. While the host did mention they would send out maintenance, it was not communicated that the issue would not be fixed during our stay as implied. NONE of the windows have the ability to lock either, keep this in mind when booking. Anyone can get in through the windows. The beds are very uncomfortable. With that being said, the view is good but I would not come back.
