Elizabeth and Larry are extremely friendly and welcoming, and helpfull. I felt comfortable and safe with them. Like at home. the neighborhood is beautiful and safe. I would highly recommend.

Elizabeth and Larry are probably the nicest people I've ever met in America. I stayed with them for a month and the room looked exactly like the picture, very clean and beautiful! I'll be staying with them again in April, until I finish my U. S. trip

I had a great time in Philly and highly recommend this room from Liz and Larry. The room is quite large and in a great location. The subway is a short walk away and is easy access to Temple and Penn. The area is great with lots of excellent restaurants. Liz and Larry are great hosts. Check this place out if you need to stay in University City for an extended period of time.
