We have stayed in holiday apartments many times and we can honestly say that Patrick is the best host. A really friendly, generous and helpful person. The Apartment is wonderful and quirky with spiral staircase and exposed beams and brickwork. Such an interesting building. Patrick left provisions and treats in the fridge and invited us to help ourselves to make use of other things too. We hope to visit again as soon as we can. Thanks so much Patrick:-)

Paddys place is just amazing! It is elegant and cosy at the same time, with a both professional and personal touch. We were given a warm welcome with som unexpected treats , much appreciated by both grandchildren (candy) and gran (prosecco). Being situated just by the docks, with quaint towpaths and bridges adds to the magic. Highly recommended. P.S. Paddy himself very informative, kind and nice to communicate with.

A stunning apartment in a brilliant location. Paddy was so generous providing drinks and snacks in the apartment. Communication with him was great. We had a fantastic time in Manchester. Hoping to come back again.

Paddy is an amazing host and his apartment is class! Really felt like a home away from home. It was definitely one of the best stays and experiences we’ve had on Airbnb, we will definitely book it again. The location is also perfect, very close to the city centre, restaurants and a quiet and safe neighborhood. 100% recommended!
