Typical "2 up/2 down" style terraced house division typical of others we've stayed in around this area. This one is the downstairs unit. Definitely needs a lot of improvement though. Place is pretty shabby and needs a new paint over and all fittings/furnishings replaced. Cleanliness was fairly average. Fridge smells of milk and all the shelves except one are missing. Half a broken glass was wedged behind a drawer handle and there were glass chips on the kitchen floor. There's a small rickety table to eat or work at and a large sofa in front of a TV that's not connected to an aerial - so no live TV. One of the neighbours wakes around 5am daily however and turns their TV on full volume, so you can kind of listen to that instead. We stayed 4 nights and left very sleep deprived.

I’m afraid I had to leave the property after one night and check in elsewhere. The damp and the mould were too much for me to accept. I could not stand properly in the bathroom and needed to crouch to use the shower in the bath. Linens had been left to dry without the heating turned on. The entire place felt damp and dusky. Such a shame because other Sigma place properties are fabulous. This one unfortunately was not up to standard.

Good place to stay for 4 week placement in Newcastle. Clean and fairly well equipped Tos was very responsive when we needed help Close enough to the Wallsend metro that we could commute to town each day

Super place stay. Really handy for the metro and getting into Newcastle. Everything the apartment was great and we will certainly back.
