Could use some updates to the rooms, for the price you pay. We visited several different rooms over the weekend and ours was one of the nicer ones. Check in process wasn’t seamless however overall customer service was positive. Beautiful resort for fall, we were there for a wedding and everything was done nicely. Would come back!
