Right in the middle of town, parking near by but not on the street (it’s about 2 minutes away). James was very helpful when we needed.

The apartment is so central ! Easy walking distance to the town, bars, great restaurants and the river. Plenty of room for us all and easy parking in the car park just over the road. James was super responsive and a great host 😊. Thank you James 😊

A lovely apartment situated on a quiet street but very close and walkable to shops and restaurants. Location is great! Apartment is clean and equipped. Great for our 2 families with 8 persons. There are 2 double bed rooms and 2 twin rooms so perfect for family with children too. One room is ensuite and it has another bathroom and another separate toilet. Self Check in and out is easy! Everything was good though if the heating in the bedrooms was warmer would be great 😊. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Just returned from a great stay at James’ place for all 8 of us - 4 adults and 4 children. The flat is well furnished with everything that you need for a short stay, and the location is excellent being right on the edge of Stratford centre. Checkin is a simple self serve. Would definitely look to visit again.

We had a great couple of days at this apartment. The location is brilliant for Stratford centre and the living room was great for games and chatting in the evening. It was fairly easy to drive to and we found parking locally- one family used the multi-storey and one got a private parking spot on Just Park. Considering you can get 8 people in the apartment, it is good value. James and Jen were very responsive. We felt it needed a good spring clean though.
