My partner and I booked this reservation because of the close proximity to everything. This was our first time in Aguas Calientes, we looked for different locations and thought this was a fair price. When we arrived at the bus station, we had someone waiting for us to guide us to the Airbnb. She was very friendly. All the staff was excellent and very attentive. Where we had our problem was with the room. We were set to have a one bed room (queen for both my bf and I) with window facing the greenery, instead we got a interior facing 2-bed stay. Which is not what we reserved for. Next, the room had a weird odor that lingered. It was very musky. When we used the shower (pressure and heat was good), however, the moisture in the room led to the paint on the ceiling to drip. Even on us while sitting in the toilet. The bathroom light flickered and was not consistent. I also had sat on the toilet seat which was broken so we had to constantly adjust the seat so it would not shift to the side. Additionally, there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway corridors so it wasn’t easy for me to fall asleep. We adjusted our dates to only that one night and went someone else for the rest of our stay.

Great pleace to stay in Aguascalientes. Excellent location and excellent service. Everything was good. 100% recommended.
