Recently constructed house with modern amenities in a quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently located 10 min away from downtown Asheville and 6 min away from Biltmore estate. Blue ridge Parkway is around the corner as well. Stroll along French Broad River, Asheville arts scene, hike the Appalachian trails, or head downtown to enjoy finest dining, and shopping! Fiber optic internet, up to 300 Mgps. New and beautifully decorated with great attention to details. First floor includes living area, dining area, half bath, fully equipped kitchen and master bedroom with king bed and on suite bath. Two other bedroom are located on the second floor and share 1 full bath. Second floor also has an office space for your convenience, sofa bed and TV. Back patio is perfect for afternoon snacks and coffee.

Cristina’s home was perfect for our trip. It was close to all the things we wanted to do, while also being a quiet retreat in the evenings. Cristina was a wonderful and responsive host!
We had a lovely stay at Cristina's place for my daughter's birthday! Home provided everything we needed for an extended weekend and the location was perfect for a visit to the Biltmore Estate and surrounding area! I especially appreciated the uncluttered and very comfortable decor. The open concept provided the perfect setting to enjoy our small bday gathering/party, and it felt like home. Highly recommend!

Great stay! Easy to get to and exactly as described.
Very clean home. Nice outdoor space. Quiet neighbors. Close to Biltmore Estates. Was very easy to get inside and we felt at home. Would stay here again if traveling back to Asheville.
