房东回复非常不积极，不能按照承诺提供钥匙，比承诺晚4个小时才能给钥匙. 而且不给取消订单，非常差的一次体验. 未能入住其它情况不了解.

Thanks for wesam for the smooth check in and big thanks to him to grant me late check-out at 1400. the apartment is very good, well equipped kitchen, and much bigger than the photos, perfect location, downstairs under the building there is a Tunisian traditional restaurant that has a nice coscous,next to it a BBQ restaurant that was my fav, besides 24/7 glossary shop, never had to leave the area everything is few minutes i.e Monoprix and MG. Wesam is very helpful and responsive. highly recommend host

I booked in for 6 days but after 1 day decided to leave because the internet was too slow for me. I told the host I was leaving and asked for the refund for the rest of the days like is part of the policy. He refused for some reason even though it is part of his official policy. He said I insulted his hospitality and wouldn’t give me the money back. I got the money back from Airbnb automatically. Apart from the bizarre behavior of the host the apartment is okay, the front door is difficult to lock but everything else is okay. The host’s brother and assistant are very helpful and it was a pleasure to meet them it’s just a shame that it was ruined by the host’s odd behavior.
