Spacious ground floor apartment with independent entrance, located in the Piazza Brescia area a few meters from the sea. The generously sized property is made up of: - living room with double sofa bed - kitchenette - a triple room - a double bedroom - bathroom with window and shower cubicle - large terrace with south-west exposure. The apartment is equipped with an armored door, washing machine and climate control and has an assigned parking space and beach place. Located near the beach and Piazza Brescia, the apartment is part of a condominium context. The property is perfect for a peaceful summer holiday, but at the same time in a very strategic area for life in Jesolo. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, distributed in 2 bedrooms, one double, one triple (with double and single bed), and using the sofa bed in the living room. The eat-in kitchen consists of a kitchenette equipped with every comfort and a dining table for guests. Inside there is also the sofa bed. The bathroom is complete with sanitary ware and shower cubicle, and has a window. The apartment has climate control and a washing machine. Parking space and beach place included. The flat was clean and air conditioned, close to the beach. It is on the ground floor next to the narrow street to the beach. Communication and organization were excellent.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with wonderful location almost on the sea shore, close to restaurants and shops. Comparatively quiet area which is good for family stay. We faced some inconvenience during check in, but I hope that the host will work on it and solve the problem. Important notice for those who travel by car and have a big size vehicle: the parking slot assigned to this apartment is very small. We traveled on Nissan Pathfinder and there was no chance to park it there. I suppose that even smaller SUV may face big problems with fitting the slot. We were kindly offered by the host to park our car next to the office which was very helpful but a bit far from the apartment, so this is something you have to consider before you choose this place. Also you have to pay attention that there are additional amounts to be paid besides the price specified in the description, so, it is better to check the final amount with the host in advance. The host speaks English and is available by phone or messengers at any time during the day even after typical working hours which is very big advantage for expats.

We are located near one of the main areas of Jesolo, namely Piazza Brescia.
The beach can be reached on foot, being only a few meters from the condominium. The same goes for via Bafile and for the city's points of interest.
Reaching the main street of the Jesolo coast, guests can take advantage of any type of service and attraction, such as, for example, the Ferris wheel located in front of the village.

Guests can easily take advantage of the numbered and private parking inside the condominium.
From here, the city's points of interest are within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
Venice can be reached by motorboat, going to the Punta Sabbioni station, about 20 minutes away from the apartment.
