We thought we were staying in a private home on the ground floor but we were actually in an apartment complex. There was a pub, a restaurant, a takeaway. The flat was gorgeous and the proximity to beach was fantastic. We had a fabulous time. Plus the dog had her first ever bath in the purpose built dog room. Definitely going again.

1 bedroom apartment right next to the beach. We stayed slightly out of season and I guess parking might be trickier in the busy months but we were able to park outside fine in the time we were there. Lovely walks just outside and food delivery service next door / (very) local bar catered for us in the evening. The apartment is incredibly spacious, probably more than the pictures portray and getting in was so easy.

We had a lovely couple of days in Bude. Perfect location & the apartment was just as described. A lovely touch with the milk & biscuits. Thank you ☺️

Great stay at James's place in Bude. Close to beach and apartment had all that we needed for the weekend. Great communication and really appreciated being able to get a slightly later check out.

Ideal location for Crooklets beach, the town centre, and local eateries. James was very responsive and accommodating. The communal dog washing room was the best thing ever, especially after a soggy and muddy walk! The bed was comfy. If you're used to blackout curtains at home, would recommend taking an eye mask as the lights from outside can be seen from the bedroom. Otherwise an excellent stay.
