Additionally, we have invested heavily in updating the house to make our guest's stays even more memorable. A large den with a fireplace and water feature greets you as you enter the contemporary home. The sliding glass doors enable you to have an incredible sweeping view overlooking the city of Greenville and Furman University. A full kitchen with two ovens, full refrigerator with ice maker, four burner electric stove, new microwave and Keurig sits adjacent to the den. Just down the hall is a large wood paneled billiard room with a full slate table for pool or ping pong. Bedrooms • Master features a king bed, sunken tub and full ensuite bathroom • Guest room #1 features a queen bed, large closet and full shared bathroom. • Guest Room #2 features two queen beds, large closet and a full shared bathroom • The den at the back of the house features a twin bed and a sleeper lounge. The room also has two large sofas and can be used as an additional seating area or bedroom depending on your needs. This room also has a bar, treadmill and an incredible view from its back picture window. Bathrooms Upstairs there are 2 full baths and one half bath.
