This apartment was perfect for us. There are several small restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as well as the marina. This location is ideal for spending the night before boarding a cruise ship at the port terminal. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I recommend it to everyone without hesitation.

This apartment was perfect for our trip to Piraeus for a week. We travelled as a group of 6 and the whole apartment was exactly as shown in the listing. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, the air conditioning works very well and one of the best things about this place is the water pressure in the showers. The apartment is very well situated with a supermarket across the road, a bakery and a tram stop about 2 minutes away, and a metro station about 15 minutes away by foot. Fantastic value for money if you are staying in a group. Nondas was very responsive and entering and leaving the apartment was very easy. I would definitely recommend Nondas' place if you are travelling in a group.

Thank you for sharing your lovely apartment suite with us. The place was clean , comfortable, centralized location. We were able to make our way to amazing coffee shops, nice dinners and quick bites. We loved the neighborhood. We were a group of 8 and each had our own rooms, bathrooms. If we have a chance to ever return, this spot would be a definite choice.

Staying at Epaminondas’s place was perfect for being near the port and visiting the islands for a day trip. We also found the local area to have lots of nice restaurants and shops. It was also easy to get into the centre of Athens and to the airport as the apartment is a walkable distance from a metro station. The apartment itself was comfortable for 7 of us on and suited us on our 7 night trip.
