Kick back in the open-plan living room with cathedral ceilings and a smart HDTV. Stretch out on the screened porch next to the kitchen and enjoy the soothing sound of ocean waves. Enjoy dinner on the new outdoor picnic table for alfresco dining on the rear deck. The furnished sundeck has new cushions and is a great place to appreciate the ocean and sound views of sunrises and sunsets. This home features very close beach access and convenient under-house parking. Well-equipped rooms feature high-speed Wifi and TVs in each bedroom. Both main bedrooms feature new blinds and ultra-quiet ceiling fans. Enjoy DISH network's extensive channel offering and access to Netflix and other streaming platforms through built-in DISH apps. Outside, enjoy the gas grill, dip into the private pool, and soak in the hot tub. Rinse off in the outdoor shower. The house was recently replumbed to remove quest piping and improve water pressure. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 500 per stay must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Overall, really nice place! Quiet location, friendly neighbors, and lots of space. It was nice that there were games and puzzles left for visitors. Could use some modernization updates throughout the house, but the only main update needed is the keypad to enter the property. We had to try 5 or 6 times for it to work. My one complaint is the $500 fee to heat the pool. Being a pool owner, I know that is an outrageous cost for a 3-4 day stay. We didn’t get to use it once, which devastated my daughter.
We loved staying here! It was close to the beach, it had a pool for when we needed a break from the salt water and a hot tub to relax in. It fit our big family of 8 perfectly! There were a couple things that need work. The screen door on the top floor makes a horrible noise when you open it and unfortunately to our ears, we were using that screen door constantly throughout the day. The other screen door has a giant whole going into the sunroom so we didn’t use it much. The number pad on the front door worked well but the number 4 sticks. When we were cleaning for checkout, there were some hairballs that didn’t belong to our group. Aside from these few things, the house was great and would come back again!
All around amazing! No complaints at all!
Our family enjoyed the stay - it met our needs and we’d love to come back for better weather!
