Great location, responsive host, good value for money. There were cleaning disadvantages which I communicated with host and hope will be resolved in the future.

Honest rating: The accommodation was average at best. The location is very good. There are many cafés, restaurants and shops of all kinds nearby. The accommodation is located very close to the water, so it's easy to spend time by the water. However, the disadvantages outweigh the advantages: The key has to be picked up and dropped off at a shop about 14 mins walk away. However, this is not mentioned in the listing. The flat is not very clean. I saw few hairs in the bathroom and on the floor. The kitchen was also in a not usable condition: about one pot was burnt in and the cooker was encrusted. The rubbish was not emptied. The windows are dirty so you can't enjoy the view of the water. Speaking of water, the plants also needed some water. All in all, not recommended. Too bad, it would have had potential.
