Luis’ place was great and Luis was very attentive and helpful. We had kids in our group ranging in age from 10 to 16 and they all had a blast. From the game room, to the playground, to the hot tub, to the projection room, everything was in good shape and so entertaining. We were there for a ski/snowboard trip at Massanutten and the home is located close by, an easy drive. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The house looks like the pictures, it was spacious for a group of 8 adults. The Swim Spa (aka large hot tub) was also great, although a bit colder than we would have hoped, takes a lot of time to warm up. One thing to note, there is no grill, its a smoker (we wanted to do hamburgers and hot dogs, but could not). There is a coffee maker although its not in the pictures / amenities, but bring your own filters. Overall a pleasant stay.

I stayed here with eight of my friends for the weekend of my 30th birthday. It was great space for what we needed. The house is good but could use a bit of sprucing up (the lights under the kitchen cabinets didn't work, there was only one good knife in the kitchen, etc.) My biggest complaint is that the display on the swim spa wasn't working, so adjusting the temperature was pretty much impossible. My biggest compliment is how responsive Luis is. He seems like a nice guy. Another thing I liked was that there wasn't a huge to-do list at checkout. Fees are there for a reason. All in all, if this had a little maintenance, I would definitely stay here again. Be sure to check out the lavender farm just a few minutes up the road. And if you're a light sleeper, don't sleep in the master bedroom -- it's the closest to the rooster.
