The staff are friendly and accommodating. We booked the Casita room and it was just right for a family of 3. The place was IG-worthy. You can take a 20-minute boat ride to Magalawa island which is a must try!! The only thing was hindi na available yung buttered shrimps when we ordered sa resto inside the resort. 🥲 I would still give a 5-star rating for our overall experience!

Our resort stay was a blend of highs and lows. The staff was friendly, the internet reliable, and our room cozy and place was aesthetic. Exploring Magalawa Island, though not postcard-perfect, had its own charm that made the visit worthwhile. Yet, challenges surfaced. Early arrival met an occupied casita, disrupting our plans. Restaurant staff, seemingly friendly, showed irritation near closing. Our room’s bathroom had its quirks too – dim lighting, a stubborn bidet holder, and some grout that could use a good scrub. Nature threw in a curveball as well. The beach water wasn’t exactly crystal clear; it had some seaweed and looked a bit dirty. Not exactly what you picture when you think of a relaxing swim. And then there were the mosquitoes at night – they were gigantic. Definitely made us wish for some bug spray. In a nutshell, a mix of positives and challenges. With some adjustments, the place holds the potential to become a true gem.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunset Villas - Casita 1 and wanted to take the time to write a review about my wonderful experience. I must commend the staff who were all incredibly kind and hospitable, especially Ate Lolit! 🤍 The amenities were also exceptional. Everything was kept clean and tidy, making my stay all the more comfortable. The front beach was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to unwind, relax, and enjoy the views. I cannot thank the staff enough for making our stay memorable. I highly recommend this accommodation to all travelers looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Thank you again for everything!
