Ella was great to work with and communicated well with me. Our stay was great and the space worked well for our group. Lots of good places to eat nearby.

House is in a great location, and neighborhood is quiet, however it is dirty, couch was broken and just put back together just to look ok same with lamps and other thing in the house sorry to say this but it needs a lot of TLC, Ella’s response is good however not very helpful as her response to house being dirty was (we appreciate your attention to details) when told about house being dirty.

My family and I were in southern California for the holidays and Ella's home in Norwalk was in a perfect location from the various places we needed to be and go to and from. VERY accessible, and in a really nice neighborhood/community. Since confirming the reservation, Ella checked in to see how we were situated and any questions we had were answered practically immediately. An absolutely wonderful host. Easy-access check in/check out. The place itself was beautiful, neat & clean, well stocked with what we might need, and a perfect "family" setting. Would absolutely recommend!

Great area, house was clean and exactly how it looks in the pictures and parking was safe and secure on the driveway. Ella was an amazing host, was always checking in on us seeing if we needed anything! It was such a great place to come back to after a long day at Disney. Plus the 14 minute drive to Disney was unbeatable, this place was absolutely perfect!
