This is my first AirBnB stay. Cynthia has set the bar very high for all other AirBnB operators moving forward. The property is fantastic both inside and out. I am setting in one of the gardens as I write this. The outdoor areas are fantastic. I am planing on staying six months or longer. Currently in the "Lincoln Room" and it is great. There is a very nice common kitchen, I have not used it yet but others do. Cynthia is simply one of those people that you're just happy you had a chance to meet. She is extremely helpful and engaging. She organize a "dinner" for the guest that was a lot of fun. There are a lot of fun things to do in the Louisville area: Parks, Museums, Restaurants, Pub and Taverns, an actual Dog Bar, Marinas and more.

Good location. Had a Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Kroger, and a target all close by. Cynthia is great at communicating with her guests. The only issue I had was with ants & gnats, as well as when another guest in the house messed up the kitchen and it was “off limits” for guests for a little bit. I will warn that you can hear other guests in the house very easily since the house is older. Other than that, the stay was great. Cynthia and Drew are very responsive and helpful with anything you need.

Cynthia has done a fantastic job with the property. You feel as if you are living in the original home but with all the modern conveniences of a 5 star hotel. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there. I highly recommend it.
