Great little spot on the canal in Key Colony Beach. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is bringing a boat to explore the keys. It was a nice and quiet are with access to the Cabana Club (spendy and short staffed - beach was covered in seaweed that was not cleaned on a daily basis). We ended up not being able to use the tandem kayak due to a crack in the bottom - host compensated us for the inconvenience but that blew a big hole in the plans we had. Bicycles were much older and rusted than pictured, we decided not to use (we had two adults and three teenagers for this trip). The pots and pans were not cleaned and there was significant water damage on the floor/floor boards in the main bedroom. Main bedroom show leaked terribly from the gap between the shower door and shower pan. Sink did not drain properly and had terrible water pressure. The home itself was neat and clean. Not enough towels/beach towels. Overall ok but was not for us in the end. Nice host though!

We loved our visit to key colony. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The kayaks, bikes, and boat dock was just what we need for our vacation. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is very spacious and the view is gorgeous + relaxing. There was a tiny hiccup with the sewer backing up, but Rachel handled it right away! I would 100% recommend this place and would rebook if heading back to the keys!

We had a terrific stay. Rachel's place is beautiful and exactly as described. Key Colony beach is a beautiful neighborhood and the waterfront deck is so peaceful and relaxing- we will definitely be back!
