The bedroom and en suite are immaculately clean and modern, the bed is comfy and the veranda is a nice space. Jane was so easy to deal with and speedy to reply to questions about directions to the house. Having met her in person just before departure she is just as pleasant and friendly in person as she is to communicate with by email. A good place to stay if you are walking the South West Coast Path!

Jane is a lovely host. The guest house is clean tidy and modern. Beautiful views from the garden. Jane helped with directions to the pub we needed and was very friendly
