We had a WONDERFUL stay!! Tremendous view from above the village, but still just a short walk/drive down to all the activities. We loved the luxury, space and easy parking. We also appreciated the flexibility on check in and out as we were able to pick up the keys late from a drop box and dropped them early so we could get an early start before heading back home. Thank you for everything!

Our time in Grindelwald will be one of our fondest memories. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, had all the amentities listed, and the view was beautiful! We traveled as a family of six, My husband, two college boys, myself, and my parents who are in their 70s. We chose to fly into Zurich and rent a van. We got to see so much! I don't know if they had to catch the bus everyday if they would have enjoyed it as much. The chalet is close to everything. The local shops and restaurants were wonderful. We experienced the area. Top of Europe, Grindelwald First, Shiltorn, and Interlaken went paragliding - amazing! Everyday we woke up we were awed by the views from our balcony. One hiccup was the laundry - I panicked when I didn't see a laundry room - it was included in the instructions and I missed it. Still, they were great and called me back. The laundry is dedicated solely to the chalet with a key but it is located in the lower floor. We just loved our stay!!

To start with the positive part, we really enjoyed our stay in this airbnb, and the view from the living room was breathtaking, we couldn’t ask for better. The location of the house is a bit far from the center and it takes 15 or 20 minutes to reach the center by walking so we had to use our car most of the time. Now for the negative part, After me and my family stayed at this airbnb we noticed that it wasn’t very clean in some parts. One of the things we found were the cleaning supplies that were shoved inside the cabinet, it had a very bad smell, we couldn’t even use the cleaning supplies. Another thing we noticed were the spider webs inside the rooms, and the amount of insects that we found roaming inside the house. In terms of service and hospitality, I felt like it was a bit lacking as the host didn’t check up on us only after 3 days, I felt like it would’ve been better if they communicated with us earlier.
