As stated by other guests, the views really were as fabulous as shown. I would also note that the curtains were quite good at blocking most of the morning sun. The layout was one large, spacious feeling room with one large bathroom. Wonderful air circulation as two windows opened. Quality and quiet, air con / heater combo. Also had a door to the huge and walkable rooftop deck. Please note that the building is located near the ocean, which can be very windy. The building design causes high wind noise, which can impact sleep.

may be a good place for others, but for the price of surroundings hotels, I personally would choose hotels based on the value received. First, the hotel address was wrong. girlfriend and I was tired and driving at 7pm night time into Hualien and could not find the place. The place is a manual check in process and required a housekeeper to physically handle the key so we also had to accomodate her schedule for the check in. Once arrived, we realized the address on Airbnb did not match actual address. unfortunately, we already paid and it was nighttime already so we decided to just let it go. The housekeeper also requested our passport which we found weird. The place itself was not as clean with ants and bugs everywhere. my girlfriend found pee stains on the toilet seat and underneath the seat. the bed was uncomfortable and the blanket was thin. overall if you are looking for a local experience, you may like it, but my girlfriend and I did not enjoy this place at all. it is spacious tho.

Great place with more than enough amenities, and a walk away from a local market and food places :) Host was very welcoming and helpful! fantastic sea view too :)
