Hi Matthew and Ciji Thank you for having us. The place was very well organized when we arrived. On our request you all offered us fruit basket as welcome pack, that was very generous. Place is very clean and bright. It serves great purpose if you are staying as a family. Well equipped rooms with lots of bedding and toiletries. Kitchen is full equipped too As per our experience what can be improved Wifi availability: it only works in drawing hall in the group floor. We struggled to get connectivity in any other place Showers : can be slightly faster and with less softener in the water Rest all good 👍 We recommend this place to any potential customers

We are three women who just spent a lovely weekend at The Eleanor. It is spotless and nicely decorated. The living spaces are as pictured and comfortable. Main floor bedroom with the daybed is pretty small but worked well for one woman. I wouldn't really suggest planning on using the trundle too. The bath next to that room is great. Upstairs, both queen rooms are spacious with closets and well decorated. The upstairs bath is clean and well appointed. The location is right downtown so convenient to everything. If you are sensitive to road noise, which I am not, you will hear some. The street is quaint and felt very safe to us. It is a duplex and we did see a car for the neighbor but never heard a thing or saw them. Booking and check-in were very easy and Matthew contacted us to make sure all was well. It was! We would go back.

Great spot in downtown, dedicated parking, easy walk to mall, restaurants and breweries. Very comfortable beds, including the day bed and trundle bed. Matthew went above and beyond in accommodating us, bringing us a brand new drip coffee pot when we mentioned that we had bought coffee for a drip unit, but all that was in the house was a Keurig. He also let us add an extra night at the very end of our stay, which helped us tremendously. I highly recommend the Eleanor.
